2013 Orlando Executive Airport 5K Run Information.

Below are two PDF forms that you will need to bring with you to the race. You may use various software products to access the forms below and just print them. However, you should have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer if you want to complete the forms on your computer.

1. If you want to print the blank forms and manually complete them later before bringing them to the race, then print both of the forms now.
2. If you want to complete the both forms (excluding your signature) on your computer, and print the completed forms before bringing them with you to the race, follow the instructions that follow for each form:
   1. Click on the form you want to open, and then save it to your computer.
   2. Next, open the document you just saved on your computer.
   3. If you do not see the Adobe Acrobat toolbar above your opened document (toolbar shows “Tools, Sign and Comments” commands on right side of the toolbar), then click on the menu item “View” and then click “Tools” in the drop-down window.
   4. After the document is open and the Adobe toolbar is displayed above it, go to the top right corner of the toolbar and click on the “SIGN” command. A panel will open on the right side of the document.
   5. Click on the “Add Text” option in the right panel to add text to the form wherever text information is requested. After you click on the “Add Text” option, place your cursor where you want to add the text and begin typing. The text option will stay open, allow you to place your cursor on each line, and type your information. You might have to adjust your font size in the “Add Text” pop-up window if your text is too big for the lines being displayed.
   6. After completing your text lines, click on the “Add Checkmark” option in the right panel to add check marks wherever appropriate on the form. You will have to click on the “Add Checkmark” option each time you want to put a checkmark on the form.
   7. After completing the form, save and/or print it.
